The owner of Thran's Flowers is recognized for her accomplishments on a local and national level. She has received a number of awards in the floral industry, as well as having done work for celebrities, a major motion picture and numerous national corporations. Her work has been featured at national floral symposiums, design shows, demonstrations, magazines, and on television. She was also chosen to design for the 1999 Academy Awards and President Bush's Inauguration.
